Americans with Disabilities Self Assessments/Transition Plans
Communities are required to develop ADA Transition Plans to satisfy requirements of the 1990 law.
A self-assessment is a requirement of this transition plan, necessitating municipal areas to either perform or find a contractor to systematically assess indoor and outdoor city infrastructure for ADA deficiencies.
